II. Superstructure

1.    Strong lifting capacity achieved by using imported high strength steel plate for first and second boom. Load lifting moment with base boom is 1152KN.m.Load lifting moment with longest boom outreach is 604KN.m.

2.    Excellent lifting capacity enabled with a large stabilizer transversal span of 6.2m.

3.    Operating cab uses abrasive resistant steel plate and adopts push-pull sliding structure for cab’s door. Full cover plastic interior, large view glass and adjustable seat makes operation easier and more comfortable.

III. Hydraulic System

1.    High pressure variable pump, electric control variable motor plus load sensitive technology applied for the hydraulic system enable safer operation of hoisting system, wider speed adjusting range and high lifting efficiency.

2.    Electric control HOSCO load sensitive main valve has low heat value and fast response speed. Optimized valve element combing electric control joysticks makes operation more accurate and micro-operation more stable. Small LS feedback impact increases service time of pump while specially designed relief valves enables safer operation.

3.    By adopting electric control gravity dropping, boom lowering down operation is energy saving, steady with little impact and achieves higher control accuracy.
